Under Ocean View....Cruise the true Ocean

While in my daydream mind state, I started thinking how great it would be to Cruise the Ocean and view it. Most cruise trips offer the joy of the open ocean view from above, and most activity is of things we can do on land. We share this planet with another world of the ocean that I believe we need to discover and better understand, is this just me or are there others that think along the same.?
